Kalika Davis (Dine’/Ute) grew up in the deep forest of Bellingham, WA and moved back to New Mexico in the late 90’s to be closer to her family and ancestral roots. Kalika’s diverse cultural, educational, and entrepreneurial background provides the foundation for her range of expertise in marketing, community organizing and holistic health. She owned and operated Salon Tallou, an all organic hair salon and boutique for 7+ years in Albuquerque, NM. During that time she had the great opportunity to participate in the Native Entrepreneur in Residence program in 2015. This allowed her to build her entrepreneurial network and become one of the co-founders of Native Women Lead. Kalika currently works as the Marketing Manager for New Mexico Community Capital.
